Hebden Bridge Town Hall Wedding

The town hall in Hebden Bridge is licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies. It has three different rooms for the ceremony itself, depending on the number of guests, and we absolutely love to photograph there!

The location is amazing and the staff work really hard to make sure the goes smoothly.

This wedding took place in the Council Chamber and then moved on to a local restaurant for the ceremony afterwards.

Getting ready photos

The Bride’s parents had a beautiful home in hills above Hebden Bridge.

The bride asked me to arrive for a few pictures just before setting off to the ceremony.

We had a little bit of time to get some shots of the landscape, the flowers and the wedding car before cracking open a bottle of bubbly!

Wedding ceremony at Hebden Bridge Town Hall

This was a beautiful ceremony in the Council Chamber.

It provides a unique setting for a wedding, with circular seating for guests.

Gorgeous features like the wood-panelled surrounds and the unique ceiling design.

Plus, as photographers, we’re always very happy to have huge windows letting in loads a beautiful natural light.

This was a joyous ceremony for family and friends, with loads of laughs

Reception drinks

The wedding guests enjoyed their drinks on the terrace with views across Hebden Bridge town and the river below.

We love taking natural candidate shots where people are having fun and you can see below that everyone was having a great time.

Wedding reception in Todmorden

The guests moved on from the town hall to a local pizzeria for the wedding reception.

It was decorated beautifully inside and there was gorgeous little “secret garden” area in the back, for guests to relax and the kids to play in.
